My favorite bridge is the Marquam.
It’s a double deck steel truss cantilever bridge. Thursday we did our report on
it. It was built in 1966. Also it cost 14 million dollars to build. Its built
out of concrete.
Also it’s the closest to OMSI. I
think it’s the coolest. It carries the most vehicles in Portland OR with
135,900 vehicles. It’s a fixed bridge and was named after Philip Marquam.
