"Belgium"
I am an expert on Belgium. The kingdom of Belgium is a small country in Western Europe. It was created in 1830 after a revolution. I was born there in 2004. There are two main languages in Belgium: Dutch and French, but there is also a small community of people speaking German.

Some famous places include the following cities: Bruges, Brussels, Antwerp and Marche-en-Famenne. Bruges is well known for its numerous canals. The Great place and the Atomium  are in the capital Brussels. One of the biggest port is located near Antwerp. Finally my family and I will be moving to Marche-en-Famenne this summer.

A few Belgians have become quite famous. The current king of Belgium is Philippe, son of King Albert and Queen Paola. Although George Remi also known as Herge wrote many comic books, the most famous one is certainly Tintin. The saxophone was invented by the Belgian instruments maker Adolphe Sax in 1846. Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin were both once ranked number one female tennis player.

Belgians love to eat good food. The national dish "mussels with fries". Belgium produces over 1,000 varieties of beer. This country is also very popular for its waffles and chocolate candies is called "Pralines".

As you can see this small country has a lot to offer. You can learn about historic places and see pictures of delicious food. You can read about some famous people. The best way though is to go there yourself. Bienvenue, Welkom, Willkommen in Belgium.
