Armando

Skeletons are everywhere on day of the Dead. They dance in skeletons suits. They are clean. They are very cool to look at. The skeletons are very colorful and big. They sell Tamales. They sell good candy. Then I said if I dance I will be good to dance. Then I ate tamales and I like it, and I was happy forever.

  1. Good sentences Armando. Make sure you use different words to start sentences. If you notice that you have used They or Then a few times, try to begin the next sentence with a different word.

I like your use of the skeletons as a picture. Make sure you don't capitalize tamales unless it is a proper name.

You like tamales, so you don't like "it," you like "them." Also make sure you use the past tense for like, "liked."

    Good job!

  2. This sounds almost scary, Armando, but maybe it was just fun. Can you tell me if the dancing is in the day or at night. Can you tell me what the street or the buildings around the dance look like?
Also can you tell me what is inside a tamale?
