Lucia

Tiny Life in the Ground explains about bacteria and fungus. One type of tiny tiny living thing is bacteria. Did you know that bacteria has one cell? Half a spoonful has 500,000 bacteria. Bacteria turns plants and animals into soil. Bacteria have been found in fossils.

Fungus is another tiny living thing. Fungi helps the earth. It eats dead plants and animals. Fungi is everywhere. This is mostly all I know of fungi and bacteria.

  1. Thank you for sharing Lucia! This is a lot of information that many people don't really know. Sounds like bacteria and fungi are working hard to help our earth.

    Keep up the great work!
