Naime

One kid business is pet care. Animals can’t speak, so they need you to take care of them. Also let them have some fun. You need to feed them twice a day. If they are tired let them go to sleep. The most interesting thing I learned was that if you play with a pet everyday it will want to see you more often.

  1. You clearly understand the basics of taking care of pets, Naime. I smiled at the part about letting them have fun. It's something everyone wants, right? I think any pet would be happy to have you look after them.

  2. When I was little, we were not allowed to have pets because my sister had allergies. I went over to our neighbor and offered to pay her a quarter if she would let me play with her miniature poodle. Luckily for me, she let me play with her dog for FREE every day! I had a lot of fun with her dog, and for many years. It is true what you wrote about the pet wanting to see a friend more often, because Mimi (that was the name of the poodle) was always happy to see me.

Now, if only I had started a pet care business like you suggested, then today I might be rich! : )

I am sure you will be loved by your pet clients, as well. Good luck with your pet care business, Naime!

  3. Hi Naime,

I enjoyed reading your thoughts on taking care of pets -- you're right, pets do need to have fun! What suggestions do you have for having fun with pets?

  4. Taking care of pets is a good kid business and is also a good adult business. Nice writing and I would be interested to see a bit more of what you learned.

  5. Wow, that is a great business idea Naime! There are a lot of people who travel a lot or are busy during the day. If you had a pet business, then you could take care of their pets for them while they are busy. It sounds like you learned a lot about how to take care of the pets so I bet you would be great at it!
