Mexican Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 10 pcs. Chilepuya
  • 4 pcs. tomatillos
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt – to taste
  • ½ cup water
  • hot skillet
  • large blender
Procedure:
  1. Turn the skillet to med (3-1), toast chiles whole to nice toast.
  2. Remove stems once toasted same for tomatillos done when juice squirts out, take the leaves off before putting into the skillet.
  3. Next put ingredients in the blender.
  4. Then eat it.

Im interviewing my nanny Gaby. She was born in Mexico, Its a Mexican salsa form a village in guangurto. The salsa is her mom’s favorite and good with ribs it was passed down from her great great great grandmother. It’s good with cheese and tortilla chips.
She was born in Mexico. She moved here when she was one year old. This salsa is a salsa she wants to pass down.
