Lucia

The fluffy, white bunny hopped. It hopped very slowly. It hopped so slow that in one day it only went half way down the street. When four days passed, the fluffy white bunny was on the other side of his neighbor’s house.
Finally the bunny realized that it hopped very slowly. So the night before Easter the fluffy white bunny went to its mother’s purple house. He went to its mother’s purple house to see if he could borrow her pink bike.
When he got there he asked his mother,
“Mommy can I borrow your bike?”
    “No!” His mom said.
    “But why?” he asked.
“Because last time you borrowed my blue skateboard and you broke it.” His mom replied.
Since the mom said no, the bunny started to throw a huge fit.
    “Stop that!” his mom yelled.
    “No!” the bunny said.
“Fine you can borrow my pink bike but I want it back right after Easter.” His mom said.
    “Yes!” the bunny said.
So that’s how the fluffy white bunny made it to the Easter egg factory right before Easter. The only thing the bunny forgot was his mom’s pink bike.

  1. I feel sorry for the bunny, but I like how he solved his problem in the end. You might want to connect the beginning to the end by saying he need to get to the egg factory to make Easter eggs. I like the colorful words and how well you use quotaton marks.
    Good work!

  2. Hi Lucia,

I like your story, and it's very well written. Great job!
One small comment is that you're sometimes using "it" and sometimes "he" when you talk about the bunny. You should only be using the word "it".

Question: I would like to have your opinion about the bunny's behavior with his mom, do you think that it was good to throw a fit to obtain what he wanted?
