Global Experience Night: “Around the world in Words and
Pictures” is Thursday May 16th from 5:30 – 6:30. Families will have
a passport to guide and keep a record of their journey through the building.
Your student’s homework is due on Thursday and will be for display for the
night. There will also be a chance to sample Italia food! We hope to see
you there.
Walk to read: This is the last week for walk to read. Students will continue to
receive reading instruction, but with their homeroom teacher. It has been
wonderful teaching all of your children in the walk to read program!
Math: 3rd grade Students completed their science/math work
sample this week. They designed an experiment using probability, testing their
hypothesis and graphed the results. Students did a great job on the experiment!
3rd grade only: The field trip checks should be made out to Sabin School. Please make sure that a check comes along with the permission slip.

Ms. Luria full time on Monday: I am going to be with your children full time this coming
Monday. I am excited to be back. Thank you for all of your support during my
